I agree that Mr. Obama cuts a fine figure. Some of the new voices in the Democratic Party are far more compelling than many of the old ones, even Hillary Rodham Clinton. But I must take an exception. Mr. Obama says there is no liberal or conservative America. Does he believe that we all agree? Of course, we don't. This is America. This is democracy.
