I've been very surprised to hear what everyone says our president has done. "Dismantle the first amendment"? It's still sitting in all the textbooks and the Supreme Court, last I heard still voted with it in mind.

Much to the contrary it seems that much of what Americans perceive the first amendment to guarantee for them is fictitious so that they expect it to extend well beyond where it actually does or even ought. Congress is not allowed to make laws abridging the freedom of speech. Congress still can't, did you expect something more?

SURE HE'S A 1ST AMENDMENT GUY. THE FIRST PRES. TO DISMANTLE THE 1ST AMENDMENT, AND THE 4TH AMENDMENT. LIKE EVERYTHING HE SAYS AND DOES, HE TELLS YOU IT'S WHITE AND YOU FIND OUT LATER IT'S JUST THE OPPOSITE. HOW CAN ANYONE BELIEVE SOMEONE AGAINST WOMEN'S RIGHTS, GAY RIGHTS, VOTING RIGHTS, SHIAVO RIGHTS, SOCIAL PROGRAM RIGHTS, NOT TO MENTION DESTROYING ANOTHER COUNTRY UNDER FALSE PRETENSES, AND THEN LYING ABOUT THE REVELATIONS IN THE DOWNING ST. MINUTES.
