Al-Qa'ida didn't plan the demolition of WTC building 7 and set the explosives. Able Danger's mission is to reinforce the false idea that ineptness is what happened leading up to 9/11. Dix, NJ. Fighters, of course, require avionics. So the current move to shut down Ft. Monmouth, and move it to Maryland, will leave a knowledge gap as well as a physical gap. Electronics Engineers are bright people. If Maryland was an attractive place to live, many more would have settled there already. The move to cluster into big bases reverses the Cold War theory of spreading everything out in case of nuclear attack. So now, even if there is a "small nuke" in the DC area, EMP would be sufficient to cripple the country's signal R&D capacity as well. Not my first choice of options. The truth is that the 911 Commission was an excuse for liberasls from both parties to get together and do some heavy drinking while the taxpayers picked up the tab.
