"Zaid testified that all Able Danger records were destroyed under orders of the Army between December 2000 and March 2001. Additionally, duplicate documentation maintained by Lt Col. Shaffer at his office was also destroyed – for reasons unknown – by DIA in Spring 2004."

Unfortunately there is only one source??? If this is true, it definitely looks very peculiar. Starting Dec. 13, 2000? What traces could this leave and where? None?

If you check his history, you will find that General Boykin (the christofascist who was preaching in uniform to dominionists) was Commanding General of SOCOM when Able Danger was formed, and then Commanding General of U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center, Fort Bragg, N.C. which is the senior command for SOCOM. This would be where any "command descision" to have JAG officers put the stops to "sharing info" with FBI et. al. would come from. Seems to me if you take a close look at many of the "surviving" Senior Commanders throughout DOD, I'm sure you'll find many of them to be "Dominionist Christians" And probably associated with Force Ministries as is General Boykin.

This actually may be a lot bigger than what is currently supposed given "Zaid testified that all Able Danger records were destroyed under orders of the Army between December 2000 and March 2001." This was the transitional time between Clinton and Bush the 2nd. At that time the Secretary of the Army was a Gregory R. Dahlberg http://www.army.mil/leaders/leaders/usa/former/dahlberg.html
and this is an interesting blip from that page: "and helped to develop the special financing structure to support Operation Desert Storm."
Now Operation Desert Storm was under the first Bush, and Clinton had a failed Iraq regime change effort as documented by Scott Ritter.
Hmmmmmm.
