Phillpott is not a good person. I understand that he is currently under a Naval Inpsector General investigation for becoming an accessory to violation of the civil rights of a African-American sailor onboard the USS Leyte Gulf. I also understand that The NAVY IG's and COMNAVSURFLANT are trying to White Wash the results to help Capt. Phillpott and ruin the African American sailor to save any reputation that Capt. Scott Jon Phillpott has left. If he commited the crime then why are the NAVY IGs and COMNAVSURFLANT committing perjury for him. Double standards are illegal. The Former Able Danger Co, Capt. Phillpott is not a good person. The US was warned not to refuel the Cole at the port of Aden, they thumbed their noses and did so anyway. There were "guards" posted on her main deck with unloaded weapons. Further, people thing Arabs were responsible for 911. In some peripheral way perhaps, but the job was an inside one. TWA 800 was shot down either by a ship fired missile or one of three stingers that came across the US Canadian Border some three or four days prior. the NTSB lied their collective ass off about that aircraft climbing another 3000 feet after the forward aspect of the aircraft separated from the fuselage at the forward aspect of the wing root. The plane stalled immediately since it's center of gravity shifted aft of the aircraft. The Republicans have lied to the point where an all time world record in human history has been set. If I were any of you, instead of nitpicking little tidbits like this, i'd be working on a project to remove and destroy the Bush people and associates. With EXTREME prejudice.
