					<description>Hi Rory - nice work!  but as you are tracking networks, remember there is a certain amount of elitism in terms of what networks a person is even exposed to, much less given access to "join".  Personal networks are not as easy to opt in and out of, as business and government networks.  Also being affiliated with a network by no means guarantees gaining access to the "inner core" of resources that can affect outcomes.</description>
